Currently crowdfunding on Kickstarter MODI is a plug and play development kit that comes with three types of modules – Input, Output, and Setup. All the modules are magnetic so there is no need to solder.
The MODI app connects the smartphone to the Network module via Bluetooth or Wifi and programming is done via drag and drop online interface. MODI with 13 modules with each module outfitted with an MCU and embedded micro OS.
