In partnership with DHL Paket Daimler is rolling out a program to enable customers to receive their packages inside the trunk of their car while they are at work, etc. Using a "Connectivity Box" similar to what you would find in a Zipcar drivers are given temporary access codes to access a customers cars.

Highlights

+ The delivery driver is given one-time keyless access to the boot of the drop-off car through a special app.

+ Similar to the car2go system, a Connectivity Box is installed inside the car at the bottom of the windscreen.

+ The Connectivity Box can be retrofitted
