Brava Raises $12M Series A Round

On Brava's website we are greeted with this description of the company and its products "We are an IoT and domestic automation company that integrates technology and design to enable joyful experiences in the home " and that is about it....

In a Techcrunch interview when asked about the demographic their CEO John Pleasants said its first product is “not a luxury item; it’s for everyone. We’re aspiring to [produce something that is] well-regarded and high-quality but not for the superrich.”

+ Founded by Thomas Cheng and Dan Yue

+ Thomas was the technical co-founder of Streetline, and head of hardware at August before starting Brava
